Applied Resilience Fundamentals 1 Cohort Series

Resourced for Q4 and Beyond
Who This Is For
- Professional women carrying a full plate — Q4 numbers, holiday logistics, kids, aging parents, with little bandwidth left for yourself
- Women who are tired of pushing through stress and want tools that work in real time, not another thing to add to the list
- Professional women who want a private, supported environment to exhale and build real capacity
Overview
Applied Resilience Fundamentals is a 6-week program built for women heading into the hardest stretch of the year, closing out Q4 while the holidays pile on with a nervous system that's already overloaded.
This isn't another to-do. It's a set of practical, science-backed tools that lower your baseline stress and help you stay clear, steady, and present, even when the calendar is packed.
You'll learn to catch your reactive patterns before they’re running you, and build real internal stability you can access anywhere: mid-meeting, mid-meltdown, mid-holiday dinner. To make internal shifts in the moments you already have, not one more hour you don't.
This 6-week series intentionally runs late August through September, before Q4 crunch and the holiday season hit full force. The goal is to build your capacity now so you walk into the busiest stretch of the year already resourced, instead of trying to learn new tools while you're underwater.
What You’ll Learn
- How to work with your stress triggers and interrupt your reactive patterns
- How to regulate your mind, moods, and energy with increasing consistency & no sugar/caffeine crash
- How to stay present under pressure
- How to apply resilience practices in relationships and real-life situations
What Makes This Different
This program teaches you to partner with your bodymind and train your nervous system in real time in your daily work and life. Practiced consistently, it builds real internal capacity: more safety, less reactivity, steadier grounding in yourself and with the people around you, for more energy across the board.
Behaviors like procrastination, scrolling, binge-consuming, binge-watching instead of sleep are not willpower failure. It's your nervous system's default coping, running underneath conscious control. You can't discipline or mindset your way out of a pattern that isn't happening at the thinking level. This program repatterns the nervous system at that level of behavior change that is embodied not forced.
Outcomes
By the end of the program, you’ll have neurosomatic skills to:
- Walk into high-stakes meetings and hard conversations clearer and more confident with less rumination afterward
- Catch yourself before you snap at work, at home, with the people you love most
- Sleep better because your system isn't constantly running on high alert all day
- Get through the holiday chaos with less dread, more patience, and enjoyment
- Feel like yourself again, not just managing the day, but being present in it
- A go-to set of resilience skills you use because they work in real moments, not just in theory

What’s Covered in Each Session
Applied Resilience Fundamentals 1 Cohort Series Synopsis
Each session builds a specific piece of nervous system fluency. Together, they retrain the automatic patterns underneath your stress response including the coping habits like overeating, scrolling, or numbing out with TV, that mindset and willpower alone haven't been able to touch. The shifts compound: what starts as relief in the moment becomes a lasting change in your default response over time.
Session 1: Do You Speak Bodymind?
This session provides a foundational understanding of how the nervous system communicates and how to work with it rather than against it. You'll learn how to recognize your default stress patterns and experience simple neurosomatic practices that produce immediate shifts you can feel by the end of the session: a calmer, clearer state of mind, greater physical ease, and increased range of motion.
Session 2: Resourcing & Building Capacity for Life
If a bucket is already overflowing there is zero capacity for one more thing. It’s the same with your nervous system. In this session you’ll learn practices that reduce the onslaught of sensory overload, not only to handle stress more resiliently, but to free up the mental and physical capacity currently being spent on autopilot coping. As that capacity expands you regain energy and focus for the people and things you want to spend it on.
Session 3: Gaining Agency by Working with “F” Responses
Trying to be present and effective while your nervous system is operating from a state of Fight: anger or frustration; Flight: worry or fear; or Freeze/flop: shutdown, is futile. That is often exactly where the unconscious coping reflex kicks in. In this session you'll learn what these responses are actually for, how to interrupt and shift them in real time, and gain greater agency over your energy, time, and ability to stay present, instead of reaching for temporary relief.
Session 4: Interoception & Self-Trust
Relationships start with the relationship to Self. Yet in our harried, always-on, break-neck paced lives, our internal felt-sense signals, like knowing the difference between being genuinely hungry and reaching for food because you're triggered can get muted. And along with them, the ability to hear our own inner voice.
In this session you’ll learn how working somatically with your interoceptive system, your body's internal signals like heart rate, breath, hunger, and fatigue which opens a gentle doorway to a deeper sense of embodied self-awareness, self-trust, truer communication, and greater ease in your body.
Session 5: Relational Stress – Balance of Self & Others
The human paradox is that we’re wired for connection. Yet our nervous system constantly scans for threat and protection showing up as unconscious coping relationally: snapping at your partner, shutting down in a meeting, saying yes instead of no, again. In this session, you’ll learn why these protective relational patterns surface, and neurosomatic tools to stay present and regulated to interact better with the people who matter most.
Session 6: Integration & Neuroplasticity
One of the most extraordinary aspects of the brain and nervous system is its ability to adapt and change. This is neuroplasticity at work: each time you catch and interrupt an old reactive pattern your nervous system logs that new response. Practiced, the new response becomes the default, not something you have to consciously fight for. In this session, we’ll review your practice flow so the shifts you've felt in the program keep compounding as daily nervous system hygiene, long after the six weeks end.
